Some people don’t know to take proper decision and thus self-representation cases can be failure. A case in which an attorney takes 1 day a self-representation defendant might take about a week. Thus before granting self-representation to the client judge should analyze the case in detail. If you are good in law and hold a degree in law then you can self-represent in the case which is filed against you.
